Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Kinova Recovery, our goal is to get your clinical-grade recovery tools into your hands as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping practices below.

Order Processing All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times To provide you with premium technology at the best possible price, our products are shipped directly from our international and domestic fulfillment partners.

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: 8 to 12 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Occasional carrier delays, customs processing, or high-volume holiday seasons may slightly extend these windows.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. You can track your package directly through the link provided in your email.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Kinova Recovery is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you made an error, please email support@kinovarecovery.com immediately, and we will do our best to update it before the order is dispatched.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. Kinova Recovery is not liable for packages that are stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

International Shipping Currently, we offer shipping exclusively within the United States. We are working diligently to expand our clinical recovery solutions worldwide in the near future.
